The mod, known as Fallout: Revelation Blue since the Van Buren name is owned by Wasteland 3 developer inXile, also released a reveal teaser to give a small look at the mod in action. As details about the game have leaked online in the years since it was revealed that the sequel was set in a Southwest Commonwealth in the year 2253, 12 years after Fallout 2. The sequel, which still goes by its development codename Van Buren, was being developed by Black Isle Studios before it was canceled in 2003. However, fans who miss the style of the original titles will soon be able to play Fallout 2's canceled sequel in Fallout: New Vegas thanks to a mod. The Fallout series saw a big shift with the release of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. ![]()
